Nature’s Source Lemon and Passionfruit Breakfast Trifle Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Natures Source Nutzy Crunch
  • 1 cup Double thick plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup Lemon Curd
  • Granadilla pulp
  • lemon Grass to decorate (optional)

Method

  1. Fold the lemon curd lightly into the yogurt.
  2. In parfait or plain glasses, layer granola, yogurt, granadilla pulp and continue until the glasses are full.
  3. Place a stick of lemon grass into the parfait to decorate.
